ABOUT ME

Wayne is the owner of Train To Perform. His passion for coaching and teaching fitness is obvious the moment you walk into the studio. Wayne believes as a fitness coach it is his duty and responsibility to empower the community with safe outcome based training, thru proper coaching and education. 

 

OUR MISSION


To shape the future of fitness through innovation, coaching and services that inform, educate and create healthier communities. 

Our boutique personal training studio offers an intimate setting with class sizes limited to a 1:4 coach to client ratio. That way we still offer a high level of personal service and ensure the safety of our members. Our outcome-based approach allows us to track and monitor our clients to make sure they reach their goals.

All programs offer a strategy session to assess fitness, health, movement quality, strength, and set goals. This is followed by our foundation's session, which consists of several exercises that we coach you through before you start training.

 

Semi-Private Training is basically 4 people sharing the cost of a personal trainer. This membership delivers the best results by customizing the training session to your individual goals and fitness level. Each session begins with soft tissue work, a dynamic warm up,  strength training and muscle toning.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Strength / Functional Training

Looking to get stronger, build lean muscle, increase metabolism, and decrease body fat. We can help solve your problem. Our fitness coaches will teach you the proper lifting technique to keep you pain and injury free.

Boxing / Conditioning

Learn the basic fundamental techniques of boxing while increasing your metabolism up to 48 hours, strengthening your core, burning a ton of calories and having fun. This class focuses on foot work, combos, drills and defense.

All Ages | All Skill Levels

Stick Mobility

A training system designed to help you move better by improving your mobility, stability, and strength. The system uses a mobility stick as a tool to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for enhanced movement.

1:1 Personal Training

Get a personalized program tailored to your specific, wants, needs and goals. Our 1:1 training will keep you accountable and motivated.
